About the Title

Many of the problems in our modern churches are a result of men not taking their God-given leadership responsibilities seriously. Statistics tell us that when a mother comes to Christ, her family will join her at church only 17% of the time; but when a father comes to Christ, his family joins him 93% of the time. Jesus Christ calls men and fathers to be dedicated to their role as spiritual heads of both the family and the church.

SPEAKER'S BIO  

Rev. David W. Hall serves as Senior Pastor of the historic Midway Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Powder Springs, Georgia. He holds degrees from the University of Memphis (1975), Covenant Theological Seminary (1980), and the Ph.D. in Christian Intellectual Thought from Whitefield Theological Seminary. David and his wife, Ann, have three children.

 

David is the author of over 20 books and numerous essays which include: Election Day Sermons; The Arrogance of the Modern: Historical Theology Held in Contempt; Holding Fast to Creation; Did God Create in 6 Days?; and A Heart Promptly Offered: The Revolutionary Leadership of John Calvin.
