About the Speaker:

Herb Titus holds a law degree (cum laude) from Harvard University and a B.S. degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He is an active member of the Bar of Virginia and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and many others. Along with Roy Moore, Titus was an original drafter of the Constitution Restoration Act.
